02. What data do we collect and for what purposes?
Reservation Form
Data: Identifying data that you provide (name, surname, phone number, email). In certain cases, when the reservation policy requires it, ULTRAMARINOS ÁUREA may also request details about your bank account or credit cards to process your reservation.
Purpose: To assist you as a customer, manage your preferences and reservations, and send commercial communications.
Legal basis: The execution of a contract or pre-contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), regarding reservation management. Legitimate interest regarding suggesting other Group restaurants in case the requested reservation is unavailable, or remembering your details for future reservations (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), and consent for sending commercial communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Recipients: Other restaurants in the GRUPO PARAGUAS for managing future reservations or, if expressly accepted, for sending commercial communications from those restaurants.
Retention: Data will be kept for the necessary time to fulfill each purpose, including any applicable prescription periods for contractual or precontractual obligations. For future reservations or commercial communications, data will be kept until you indicate otherwise.
Customer Service
Data: The data you provide when contacting us via our contact details.
Purpose: To manage your inquiry.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Recipients: Other GRUPO PARAGUAS companies if the inquiry needs to be redirected for better service.
Retention: Data will not be retained once the inquiry is resolved.
Video Surveillance
Data: Images captured by video surveillance systems.
Purpose: To ensure the security of people, property, and facilities.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in ensuring the security of ULTRAMARINOS ÁUREA’s people, property, and facilities.
Recipients: Data will not be transferred unless requested by competent authorities in cases where images prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of people, property, or facilities.
