Áurea was born from the vision of creating a space where good food and good living come together. From our humble beginnings, we have worked tirelessly to establish a restaurant that not only delights the palate but also tells a story in every bite. Our journey has been defined by dedication, innovation, and a love for gastronomy.





Grupo Paraguas
A collection of nationally and internationally acclaimed restaurants, present in Madrid since 2004. Each one offers a unique concept, style, and personality, but they all share the same common goal: to provide customers with an unforgettable experience.
At the helm, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco are the creators and pioneers of a new way of doing and understanding gastronomy in Spain. Alongside them, nearly 1,000 employees work daily to drive the success of the six restaurants that make up this distinguished group.
In 2004, “El Paraguas” was born, giving this family its name. Years later, it was followed by “Ten con Ten” (2011), “Ultramarinos Quintín” (2015), “Amazónico” and “The Jungle Jazz Club” (2016), “Numa Pompilio” (2017), “Aarde” (2019), and “The Library” (2024). After a period of constant growth, Grupo Paraguas expanded internationally with two ambitious projects launched in late 2019 in London and Dubai.
All their restaurants fall within the internationally recognized fine dining concept, characterized by excellent-quality cuisine, high service standards, and unique settings in exceptional locations.
